Nahar Singh (CEO)
Mr. Nahar Singh is an MBA and holds a regular Diploma in Industrial and personnel
Management from AICTE Panchkula. He hold a diploma in Training and Development
from ISTD and a Member of Indian Society of Training & Development. He has more
than fifteen years of experience in HR and Administration and around two years of
experience in leading the HR consultancy firm.
Area of Interest
His main areas of interest and specialization include: People connect, Talent acquisition,
Talent management, Soft Skills and Personal Effectiveness, Management, and counseling.
As a corporate trainer, he has delivered hundreds of trainings in the organization. He did
research on Talent Management during the commitment of change. He has experience
hiring hundreds of talent from fresher to leadership through campus and lateral
hiring.
Industry Experience
He has more than fifteen years of industrial experience in HR and Administration, mainly in the automobile industry in North and South India. He has experience in establishment of
Green Field project and handled lot of internal and external audits of customers, IATF,
ISO, EHS, etc. He has participated in QCFI, FICCI, CII, ACMA, and Great Place to Work
competitions.
